Farino Photo Program - Everything You Need to Know

Historic photo show at the Woburn Public Library this Sunday.

From the Woburn Public Library: 

On Sunday, August 11 at from 2 to 4 p.m., Woburn Public Library volunteer Linda Olsson will present the next Community Conversation featuring photographs from the Patrick Farino Collection at Woburn Public Library.

After identifying photos recently published in the Woburn Daily Times, we will move on to a wide variety of photographs including: Atlantic Gelatin, the Bowladrome, Mayor William Shaughnessy’s inauguration, Borden’s Ice Cream plant, 1950’s Little League, May Day at Saint Charles, and St. Anthony’s First Communion in 1954 and 1955, as well as many others.

The audience will be encouraged to identify what they recognize.

The event is free to the public and refreshments will be provided.

Doors will open at 1:45 p.m. and the program will run from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
