Tanners in the Playoffs and a Fall Photo Walk

There are a variety of events happening this weekend in Woburn, and here are a few of them to help you plan your time off.

Woburn and the surrounding area is full of things to do this weekend. Here is a look at some of those events.

Playoff Football: The Woburn High School football team is in the postseason after a 5-2 regular season. While the Tanners have dropped their last two contests, they can get back on track in a big way as they open the playoffs on Friday at 7 p.m. in Wakefield.

Photo Walk: According to the SCI Woburn website, there is a Friends of Mary Cummings Park November Photo Walk scheduled for Saturday at 10 a.m. Participants will meet at the soccer field parking lot on Blanchard Road. The event is led by Burlington photographer Jon Sachs, who has a strong background in nature photography.

Photo Show: Woburn Public Library hosts a Farino Photo Show on Sunday at 2 p.m. as volunteer Linda Olsson presents photographs from the Patrick Farino Collection.
