Woburn Hosts Halloween Parade This Weekend

There are a variety of events happening this weekend in Woburn, and here are a few of them to help you plan your time off.

Woburn and the surrounding area is full of things to do this weekend. Here is a look at some of those events. 

Health and Wellness: The Woburn Recreation Department is holding a Health & Wellness Fair that is taking place on Saturday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Goodyear Elementary School. During the event there will be kids yoga, free Insanity, Zumba and ballet workouts, face painting, and healthy food samples.

Haunted House: One Woburn family is holding a haunted house on Friday Saturday from 7-9 p.m. that is open to the public. The event at 3 Mikaila Way also runs on Halloween night from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and lasts about 15 minutes. The event is free, but donations will be accepted. 

Halloween Parade: For the 59th straight year, the Lions Club is hosting its Halloween Parade. The parade begins near the intersection of Route 38 and I-95 near Woburn Cinema at 1 p.m. sharp. The event is scheduled to draw about 80,000 people as it travels 2.2 miles towards the Woburn/Winchester line.
