Come If You Dare Halloween Party in Woburn

Are you eager to celebrate Halloween prior to October 31? If so, make your way over to the closest thing this town has to Halloweentown, the Boys and Girls Club of Woburn.

Children, those young-at-heart, ranging from one to ninety-nine wait all year long for the Halloween month.  Pumpkins were surrounded by paranormal activity, candy, costumes, ghosts, and goblins: the month of October is full of enchantment.

Are you eager to celebrate Halloween prior to October 31? If so, make your way over to the closest thing this town has to Halloweentown, the Boys and Girls Club of Woburn.  On Wednesday, October 24, from 6-8, the Boys and Girls Club of Woburn will open its doors to anyone interested in having some fun.  The entrance fee is $1 if you come before 7:00 and are not a member of the club.

A Halloween party will kick off the magical night and will go from 6 to 7pm. “Monster Mash”, “the Headless Horseman,” “This is Halloween,” “Ghostbuster” and “Thriller” will be blasting on the amplifier.  Skeleton bone cookies, jell-o brains, and a gory operation table filled with sweets will be lined up along the walls of the Club just waiting for all of the local blood-thirsty zombies to stop by.

For children ages twelve and under, there will be a kid-friendly haunted house from 6:30-7:00. Members from the Keystone Club and the Boys and Girls Club will dress up in their most terrifying costumes and hide in the haunted houses’ walls to spook anyone who enters…if they dare.

Anyone over the age of thirteen can wait to enter the house from 7-8:00 instead to see if they can handle the surprises within. As well as the haunted house, seek more adventures in the games’ room and gymnasium for Halloween-related activities.

The Boys and Girls Club of Woburn hopes to lure as many people as possible. So, put on your scariest monster face and come to the Club to have an unforgettable evening. Don’t forget to wear a costume! Halloween is the only holiday where you can dress up, earn free candy, dance like a maniac, and have the time of your life, all in one night. Hope you have a great fright! Muahaha…
