On Sunday October 20, 2013, the E1 mite mites drove into Burlington on a sunny by cold and windy morning. The Woburn E1 football team was glorious on their fourth win of the season.  During the first half, the offense came out revved up and on fire.  Devin Vieria (#41) received the kick off and ran for22 yard return.  On their first offensive series the backfield players Hayden Laprede (#33) ran for a 14 yard gain, then Jordon Branson (#7) ran for 18 yards and finally "X" Etienne (#21) ran the ball for a 12 yard touchdown.  On the E1 first defensive series, the mite mite's caused Burlington to fumble the football.  The fumble was produced by Devin Viera (#41).  Woburn took the ball over on their own 15 yard line.  The offensive line were blocking machines; the line was played by Matthew McCarthy (#6), Wick's Edwards (#9), Sean McCarthy (#12), Juan Vanegas (#30), Hannah Nowell (#53), Matthew Mercer (#63), and Matthew O'Connor (#73).  On the second offensive series, the backfield players Hayden Laprede (#33) ran for 6 yards; Devin Vieria (#41) ran for 15 yards and "X" Etienne (#21) ran for 25 yards.  On the ninth play of the drive Jordon Branson (#7), ran for 11 yard touchdown.  The extra point was converted by Hayden Laprede (#33).  The mite mite’s defense stopped Burlington again only allowing them 4 plays before the end of the half.  The E1 defense was led by a plethora of Woburn Trojans; Jordon Branson(#7), Wicks Edwards (#9), “X” Etienne (#21), Tyler Gillardon (#23), Juan Vanegas (#70), Zach Steiner (#31), Hayden Laprede (#33), Devin Vieria (#41), Matthew O’Connor (#73), Justin Nicolas (#2), Brian Oliveira (#65) and Joseph Silva (#81).  At the end of the first half, the Woburn E1 Mite Mites were up 13-0.

The second half of the game was just as enjoyable and glorious as the 1st half.  Our defense was spectacular; the mite mites were like magnets to the football.  On the mite mite’s second defensive series; the Trojans caused Burlington to fumble the football; this fumble was caused by Brian Oliveira (#65) and he also recovered the football on the 50 yard line.  The E1 Mite mite’s took over and on the first play of this series the ball was handed off to Jordon Branson (#7); the rest of the offense provided numerous blocks for Jordon Branson (#7) to run for a 50 yard touchdown.  The extra point was successful; this run was by “X” Etienne (#21).  The E1’s kicked the football off to Burlington and once again our defense caused a turnover. Matthew O’Connor (#73) stripped the football, and the football was recovered by Woburn.  The E1 mite mite’s took over on their own 17 yard line.  Once again on the first play of the third offensive series in the second half; the offense provided a block here and a block there; these blocks provided Hayden Laprede (#33) to run for an 83 yard touchdown.  The defenses were tackling machines; they were led by Jordon Branson (#7), Wick’s Edwards (#9), Matthew Mercer (#63), Brian Oliveira (#65), Hayden Laprede (#33), Matthew O’Connor (#73), Devin Vieria (#41) and Juan Vanegas (#30).
