Montvale is a combination used car lot and repair facility. Most of the work going on in the repair shop is on its own used cars, prepping them for sale. Early 90's domestic vehicles with price tags under a few thousand dollars seem to be the specialty here, along with the shop's basic repairs like flat tire fixes and oil changes. There is plenty of free parking, as this shop seems to own an entire industrial plot, unpaved and dusty but sprawling in size.
