Woburn's first post office, located on Abbott Street, this location is a vital part of Woburn's history and has the documents to prove it. In the marble-laden lobby, the shovel used to break ground on the site in 1910 is housed in a glass case. Also inside is a pictorial history of the postal service in Woburn, along with original newspaper copy and documents. The fully-operating office has two service windows, P.O. boxes and packaging supplies for sale.
