Woburn Man Faces License Charge in Acton

The following arrest information was supplied by the Acton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Acton Police Department on April 25 resulted in the arrest of a Woburn man. At about 1:54 a.m., responding officers pulled over Ryan J. Archuleta, 20, of 4 Thonton St. Woburn, on Main Street in Acton. After an investigation was completed, Archuleta was arrested and charged with: Archuleta's car was towed from the scene. The arresting officer was Jesse Osterhoudt.

Caller stated she had been contacted by a man identifying himself as Andre King who said she had won the grand prize in a Publisher Clearing House contest. The man told her she needed to purchase $500 in “green cards” in order to claim her prize. The caller told police she did not purchase the cards because she thought it was a scam. Police called the number and spoke to a man who identified himself as “Andre.” When police …

The victim, who is 12 weeks pregnant, stated she had been punched in the stomach by her boyfriend.  She also stated that he had kneed her in the face. Kohl’s loss prevention stated they had monitored a male and female enter the store with a large empty purse. The pair allegedly went to the juniors section, picked out merchandise and went to the changing area. Loss prevention noticed that the purse now seemed full and after the woman paid for a couple of items they followed the pair into the parking lot. Police Log: Errant Poker Player Walks Into Wrong Home

Homeowner came downstairs and confronted a confused young man.

We report all arrests included in the daily police log. August 22 At 8:39 p.m., a Blueberry Hill Road resident found a 21-year-old man in his home. The man, from Medford, was on his way to a friend’s home for a poker game, according to the report, and was “somewhat lost,” having been to his friend’s house once or twice. His friend had reportedly told him that his front door was open and to “come right in.” As the Medford man walked downstairs in the house he entered, the homeowner reportedly met him and started to yell at him because the homeowner thought the youth was trying to rob or …
