Updated 6:30 p.m. At 6:20 p.m. the Massachusetts State Police tweeted "RT 93 woburn brush fires out; right lane reopened." Updated 4:15 p.m.: Dave Procopio of the Massachusetts State Police Media Relations Unit told Patch police have closed the right lane on Route 93 North to allow Woburn and Reading firefighters access to perform firefighting operations. Procopio said the lane should be re-opened within a half-hour, but said that because rush hour is approaching there will be 'residual back-ups." Travelers should expect delays. Four teens apparently started a brush fire Tuesday afternoon on Burlington Street. The blaze covered an area of 100-feet by 100-feet and was contained by Woburn Fire in about 30 minutes. According to Woburn Police, the Fire Department was called to the area of 9 and 11 Burlington St. for a report of a fire in a large, wooded area at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. The caller told dispatch that it looked like four youths were trying to put out the fire, but were not having any luck. Patrolman Dean Sullivan responded to the fire scene and approached one of the youths on Pleasant Street.
