It’s almost spring and with that comes spring cleaning, right? To help you along, there is an appliance recycling collection this weekend. The collection will be held tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Reeves Elementary School. Former Woburn alderman Paul Medeiros coordinated the collection with a Massachusetts company that will collect appliances at drop-off sites set up throughout the city at various times throughout the year. These coordinated pick-ups will give residents the opportunity to recycle appliances at a cheaper rate, while benefiting local organizations.
