Police Reminded of Job Dangers After Greenland, NH Shooting

Woburn Police will attend Chief Michael Maloney's funeral in New Hampshire.

As the Greenland, New Hampshire Police Department mourns the loss of its chief in a line-of-duty shooting Thursday night, Woburn officers are reminded of the danger that goes along with their job. "Last night's events in Greenland, NH goes to show the dangers the brave men and women of law enforcement face on a daily basis when they go off to work," said Woburn Police Chief Robert Ferullo. "The support of the entire Woburn Police Department goes to the men and women of the entire New Hampshire law enforcement community." Greenland Police Chief Michael Maloney was shot and killed last night while attempting to serve a warrant in a drug investigation.
