The following text was provided by Dean College: Franklin, MA—Chances are, at some point in your life, you’ve heard the familiar first note in the tune, “Ohhhhh-klahoma…” It was a theatrical production that changed musical theatre as we know it, and the renowned Dean College Theatre Department is proud to announce Kimberly Fife of Woburn will have a principal role in the production of Oklahoma! Set in Oklahoma in the early 1900’s, the musical production follows a cast of characters entangled in the romance of two couples, and the birth of a new state.
