Woburn Restaurant Owes Employees' Back Wages

U.S. Labor Department finds over $1 million in back wages owed to employees across the state.

Fresh City on Washington Street was one of several Massachusetts restaurants cited in the investigation conducted by Labor Department's Wage and Hour Division in Boston.
