Woburn Restaurant Owes Employees' Back Wages

U.S. Labor Department finds over $1 million in back wages owed to employees across the state.

Read what the restaurant's CEO said here.    Wednesday, 4 p.m.—A Woburn restaurant owes employees back wages, according to the U.S. Labor Department. Fresh City on Washington Street was one of several Massachusetts restaurants cited in the investigation conducted by Labor Department's Wage and Hour Division in Boston. According to the Labor Department, $1,307,808 in back wages are due to 478 employees in Massachusetts, including some of Woburn's Fresh City workers.
