Saturday, March 19—At 8:39 p.m., police responded to a report of two explosions in the street on Blueberry Hill Road. When police arrived, they were told by witnesses that they had heard two explosions in the street, including one near the Green Street pool. Police saw a 20-ounce plastic bottle that had “ruptured on one side and was partially melted.” Police also saw two pieces of “rolled up tin foil” a short distance away, as well as the label of the bottle.
