The following is a letter to the editor: On January 30, I along with City Council President Paul Denaro and Aldermen Haggerty, Anderson and Gaffney attended an open house at the Monarch Homes assisted living community at 857 Main Street in North Woburn. Monarch Homes is an assisted living community offering residents with memory loss three levels of programs designed to cater to the individual needs of the resident in a state of the art supportive environment that is bright, cheerful and happy.  During the tour I was impressed with the attention to detail that went into the interior design of the facility.
