Allene B. (Gibson) Seminatore Trahan, a lifelong resident of Woburn, passed away at the age of 78 on Thursday, May 16. She was the loving longtime companion and wife of Edmund Trahan.
Richard F. “Richie” Brown Jr., of Woburn, passed away unexpectedly last Thursday. The Woburn High graduate was into camping, fishing trips with his father and brothers, NASCAR races, reading and listening to music. He is survived by loving family members.

REBECCA RESENDEZ, 17, of Woburn, passed away on Dec. 18, 2012, in Malden, MA. Rebecca was born on May 6, 1995. Her parents are Annette Alford of Woburn, Ma. and the late Frank Resendez of California. A visitation was held in Woburn, Ma. on Dec. 29 and a memorial service was held in Valencia, Ca. on Jan. 2. Internment will be in Utah. Marguerite F. "Cindy" (Sumner) Nichols passed away peacefully at home amongst her loving family Friday, January 4th. The beloved wife of the late Charles "Chick" Nichols, was seventy four years of age. Born in Stoneham she was one of seven children born to the late Albert and Marguerite (Nolan) Sumner. Raised and educated in Woburn, she was a graduate of Woburn High School, Class of 1955. Following high school she continued on with her education and in 1959 graduated from Lynn Hospital School of Nursing. In that same year she married her high school sweetheart "Chick" Nichols to whom she was devoted to for over the next thirty eight years. A Waltham World War II veteran recently passed away at age 88, according to the Boston Herald. John J. Lennon, a Waltham resident and Newton native, died on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at Winchester Hospital, according to the Herald. Lennon, after returning from World War II, worked at the Raytheon company in Waltham. He is survived by Karen Pontonio of Waltham and Woburn resident Marianne Milner, David Lennon of Waltham and Michael Lennon, a Florida resident. His two sisters, Rita Lloyd and Phyllis Lennon of Woburn also survive him. A funeral mass is scheduled for 9 a.m. at the Sacred Hearth Church in Waltham on Tuesday, Oct. 23. He will be buried at Mt. Feake Cemetery in Waltham.
Funeral services announced for Mr. Fisher, who died of injuries suffered when he was struck by a car Oct. 9.

North Woburn native, Cora S. Leukhart, has died at age, 95. Ms. Leukhart was an Air Force veteran and worked for the United States Public Health Service. She died of congestive heart failure on April 24 at the Goodwin House Baileys Crossroads retirement community, reported the Washington Post on May 2.
