The following text was provided by the Woburn Police Department Parking Division: The Woburn Police Department has issued a reminder to all motor vehicle owners that the winter "All Night Parking Ban" on city streets goes into effect at 2 a.m. on Nov. 15. The city ordinance allowes for overnight parking on the odd side of the street only, between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Vehicles parked on the even side of the street between those hours are subject to a $20 fine. The parking restrictions, which were signed into law in 1982, remain in effect from Nov. 15 to March 31.
