The following text is from the Woburn Police Department: During Thanksgiving Day, parking restrictions will be in effect on the following streets: On-street parking will only be allowed on the ODD side of the street from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at these locations. The following text was provided by the Woburn Police Department Parking Division: The Woburn Police Department has issued a reminder to all motor vehicle owners that the winter "All Night Parking Ban" on city streets goes into effect at 2 a.m. on Nov. 15. The city ordinance allowes for overnight parking on the odd side of the street only, between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Vehicles parked on the even side of the street between those hours are subject to a $20 fine. The parking restrictions, which were signed into law in 1982, remain in effect from Nov. 15 to March 31. The same ordinance allows for the implementation of a total on-street parking ban during snow emergencies. Vehicles parked on city streets during a declared snow …
