Sunday, March 6—At 5:48 p.m., Douglas L. Clarke, 28, homeless, was arrested and charged with shoplifting $100+ by asportation, as well as two warrants. According to police, dispatch received a report of a shoplifter at Walgreens. When police arrived, they found Clarke had hidden a comb, an energy drink, two packages of Cesar cat food, an accessory strap and a Dust-Off can of air in his clothing.
