Woburn Firm Has One of Highest-Paid Tech CEOs in Massachusetts

A Woburn company makes the Top 10 highest-paid tech CEOs list.

  Boston Business Journal has tallied a Top 10 list of most highly paid tech COs in Massachusetts. Number 3 on the list, according to BBJ: David Aldrich, president and CEO of Skyworks Solutions, a wireless handset chip-supplier in Woburn. Aldrich earned $25.5 million last year. But Number 1 on the the high-tech big-money list: Paul Ricci, CEO of Nuance Communications Inc., in Burlington. He made $40.9 million in 2011. Who else is on the list?
