On Monday police arrested Shane Michael Smith on a charge of Distribute a Class B Drug (Oxycodone/Percocet).
[UPDATED Thursday, March 7, 11:47 a.m.] Police arrested a Charlestown man after an investigation led them to investigate a possible drug sale at the McDonald's on Montvale Avenue on Monday. According to a release, on Monday, March 4, members of the Woburn Police Department Drug Unit arrested a man on charges related to drug distribution. The Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force and Woburn Police Department patrol officers also assisted in the investigation. Police arrested Shane Michael Smith, 21, of 31 Tibbetts Town Way, Charlestown. Shane was charged with one count of Distribute a Class B Drug (Oxycodone/Percocet) and one count of Possess to Distribute Class B Drug (Oxycodone/Percocet). A New Jersey woman and New Hampshire woman were arrested on sex charges Friday during an undercover investigation by Woburn Police and the Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force. Kimberly Bethea, 31, of 271 King St. Apt. 323 in Perthamboy, NJ, was arrested and charged with Sexual Conduct for a Fee on Friday, Nov. 16. Lisa Letourneau, 43, of 105 Falcon Crest Way in Manchester, NH, was also arrested and charged with Sexual Conduct for a Fee on Nov. 16. Pair arrested on drug possession and distribution charges.
A Woburn man and woman were arrested on drug possession and distribution charges last Tuesday. Paige E. Gallagher, 22, of 18 Spring Court Ext., and Nicholas C. McMaster, 22, also of 18 Spring Court Ext., were arrested and charged with: Possession of a Class B Drug (Oxycodone/Percocet), Possess to Distribute Class B Drug (Oxycodone/Percocet), and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law (Distribute Oxycodone/Percocet). Police reported the pair were arrested during a Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force investigation with the Woburn Police Nov. 13. Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force makes arrest Sunday.
A Woburn man was arrested on three drug charges Sunday, as a result of a Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force investigation. James Michael Najarian, 35, of 20 Longwood Ave., was arrested and charged with charged with three individual counts of Possess Class B Drug (cocaine, Percocet/Oxycodone, and Suboxone). Najarian was also arrested in March on similar charges, as well as possession with the intent to distribute cocaine. He was also in court in October on Mass State Police charges for operating a motor vehicle after suspension and cocaine possession charges. During the investigation, Woburn Police officers approached Najarian on Charles Street. Najarian was reportedly cooperative and was placed in custody on drug charges, said police. …

A Woburn man was arrested Friday on drug charges after police began investigating claims that he sold marijuana to teenagers. Shortly after 3:30 p.m. Friday, David P. Graziano, 27, of 48 Warren Ave. Apt. #3, was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of a Class B Drug (Suboxone tablets; Suboxone sublingual films; Adderal-Amphetamine); one count of possession to distribute Class C drug (Clonazepam); one count of possession to distribute Class D drug (marijuana); and one count of drug violation near school/park (Woburn Montessori School and St. Charles School). A search warrant execution led to two Woburn residents being summonsed to court for drug charges. Sandra J. Woburn Police and the Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force investigation leads to 17-year-old's arrest.
After a two-month investigation, a Stoneham man accused of dealing marijuana was arrested while police executed a search warrant last week, according to Stoneham Police Chief Richard Bongiorno. On April 17, the Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the residence of Patrick Decroteau, 17, of 5 Pond Street, according to Bongiorno. Decroteau, who was home at the time the warrant was executed, was taken into custody and charged with possession and distribution of a class D illicit substance (marijuana). If convicted, he could face up to two years in the House of Corrections, according to a police press statement.
