Featured Call of the Day: Nov. 15 – At 1:26 a.m., Charles Edward Slocomb, 28, of 91R Winn St., was arrested and charged with operating while under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. According to police, a parked car was struck on Lexington Street and pushed about 120 feet down the road.
