Police arrested two Woburn men, a Malden man and a Boston woman on charges related to drug trafficking and distribution at the Woburn Stop & Shop on Tuesday, May 14, according to Woburn Police. The Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force and Woburn Police Department patrol officers also assisted in the investigation. According to the release the arrests were made following a lengthy investigation into the trafficking and distribution of Oxycodone in the area. The investigation included surveillance and the purchase of illegal drugs by undercover officers. Xiu J. Chen, 32, of Medford, and Ronald Keplin, 57, of Woburn were arrested on May 13 and charged with one count each of trafficking of persons for sexual servitude, six counts each of deriving support from prostitution and six counts each of keeping a house of ill fame, according to Coakley.
