He said that over the past two years he and his family have noticed items missing from their Eastern Avenue home. He said the house hasn’t been broken into. The man said that two years ago he noticed two Razor scooters missing from his yard. Six months later a motor vehicle jump-start system was stolen and on May 12 of this year a Play Station Portable device went missing. The man said all the items totaled about $500. She said that on March 22 she went to the Neighborhood Developers in Chelsea to file bother her state and federal taxes. She gave her information to a representative for filing. A week later they called her to say that her taxes had already been filed. The caller said she completed an identity theft affidavit, which was sent to the IRS.
