Wilmington Man Arrested After Break-In

Commerce Way construction site was entered by two suspects in the early morning hours.

  A Wilmington man is facing breaking and entering charges after an overnight break-in at a Commerce Way construction site.  At 3:10 a.m.., Isaihas Zachery McCaffrey, 22, of 77 Middlesex Ave. in Wilmington, was arrested and charged with possession of a burglarious instrument, trespassing and breaking into a depository. According to police, the dispatch center received a report of suspicious activity at 34 Commerce Way, the Amgen construction site, in which two men dressed all in black were on the property. When police arrived, officers pursued one man, dressed all in black, on foot and into the woods, where he was taken to the ground by officers. McCaffrey refused to tell police who he was with, and the second suspect was not found, …
