The Pop Warner dad was leaving Leland Park with his son Tuesday night when he was struck by a car.
UPDATE, Wednesday, 4 p.m. — Mass General Hospital reports that the 31-year-old Arlington Road resident is listed in "serious" condition this afternoon after he was struck by a car Tuesday night. Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. — A 31-year-old man remains in the hospital this morning after a pedestrian accident last night. The Arlington Road resident was crossing the street at Washington and Erie streets, near Leland Park, when he was struck by a car, reported Woburn Police. The man was walking with his son, who was not injured, said police. According to witnesses, the man was leaving a Pop Warner event when the crash occurred. Woburn man still recovering from August accident.
A 40-year-old Salem Street man remains at Lahey Clinic this morning after being struck by a car August 26. The man has been upgraded to "fair" condition, according to a Lahey Clinic spokesperson. A 25-year-old Woburn woman told police she was driving on Salem Street toward Beach when she struck the pedestrian in the crosswalk. Police said the woman told officers “she did not see him crossing the street at any time.” According to police, the woman was not driving while impaired.

A 40-year-old Woburn man is still hospitalized at Lahey Clinic after a Sunday accident. According to a Lahey Clinic spokesman, the Salem Street man was in critical condition on Wednesday morning. The man was struck by a car while crossing Beach Street Sunday night. He was immediately transported to Lahey, where he has been in critical condition ever since. Woburn Police reported that a 25-year-old female driver struck the victim, but was not impaired. A witness stated he saw the victim go up and over the vehicle.

This senseless tragedy has ended in a great loss. He was a great guy who didnt deserve this. Thankfully his wife and children have GREAT family and friends to lean on in this time of sorry.
