ReplyI would also encourage you to educate your children about all the other offices that are on the ballot, as well as the other elections that occur during the year. When my children were young and I brought them to the polls, I also brought them when I voted in the Town Election in April and explained the importance of that election.

No! An 18-year-old is an adult in the eyes of the law and although that child may still need parental guidance and support, she or he needs to learn to live independently from her or his parents. Too bad this 21-year-old and her parents don't have a better, respectful, adult relationship.
