Joel Francois is President of Francois and Associates, a debt management agency helping Massachusetts residents and small business owners reduce and eliminate unsecured debt since 2008.  Joel has worked in the credit industry since 1995 and more recently in debt management since 2004. He has a diverse background in personal finance, working for credit card banks, law firms, debt buyers and debt settlement companies. When he's not working, Joel enjoys working on cars and playing fantasy football.
