A native of Winchester, Lucille Cannava has been writing since grammar school, throughout high school and during college. She has freelanced for local newspapers, the Winchester League of Woman Voters and for an educator’s newsletter published by the Harvard Graduate School of Education. With advanced degrees and administrative experience in education, she has covered education and has presented research at local and national conferences. Her work in journalism has also included writing about the performing and visual arts and political events. She spends get-away time visiting friends in Rome and Zurich and summers in Scituate.
